Homeowner Application

You may visit our offices to complete a homeowner application.  Please bring the following material with you when you come in to complete your application.

  • A $15.00 money order payable to Opa-locka Community Development Corporation, which covers the $15.00 credit report fee.

  • Copies of your two most recent pay stubs, if paid bi-weekly; or the four most recent pay stubs, if paid weekly.

  • Copies of your two most recent bank statements.

  • Copies of your Social Security, pension, and/or child support benefit statement letters.

  • Copies of any explanation letters, bankruptcy documents, divorce decrees, etc.

  • Copies of your two most recent W-2's together with completed federal tax returns.

  • Copies of the Birth Certificates for all dependent children.

  • A copy of your picture I.D.

  • A copy of the Social Security card for each family member.
