OLCDC can help you fix up your home and work with contractors to make sure your
home improvements are done correctly. |

The Community Fund of North Miami-Dade, a subsidiary
of the OLCDC, is now
taking applications for home rehab loans from
qualified homeowners in North Miami-Dade. Interest
rates are low, based on income and family size. Even if you have less than
perfect credit, we likely will be able to help. |
- Opa-Locka “Triangle” Revitalization
The OLCDC is targeting Opa-Locka’s most notorious community -- The Triangle -- for revitalization. Through Homeowner Rehabilitation Loans, the OLCDC is working with homeowners in the area to fix roofs, update electrical systems and plumbing, renovate bathrooms, kitchens and more! Homeowner’s can qualify for a loan up to
$30,000 and will not have to repay it as long as they own and live in the house. To find out more
