July's 2-Hour First Time Homebuyer Workshop Series

Can't make the 8 hours sessions that are hosted once a month? No worries. We now offer first time homebuyer classes in two hour increments that will better accommodate your schedule.

First time home buyer classes will allow clients receive down payment assistance and first time homebuyer grants.

Classes will be hosted every Tuesday with different topics. To receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all four sessions in a month.
