About The Event
Join us to honor the names and lives of Black people who lost their lives to police brutality and gun violence. This project aims to hold a safe, therapeutic space for families to cope with grief together.
Sign-up for a poetry workshop, a design workshop, a flower workshop, or all to receive a creative care package prior to the guided group sessions. The workshops are led in preparation for a public flower art installation in Opa-locka.
Open to families with children 8+ years. Hosted virtually through Zoom.
