Improvisation, interaction, and collaboration are defining elements of music. Join OLCDC and Arsht Center On the Road at the Opa-locka ARC for an afternoon of music inspired by Hispanic culture. Enjoy the vibes outside in our newly refurbished courtyard and take in the sounds and sights.
