Our homebuyer workshops are designed to guide step-by-step participants interested in buying a home for the first time.
This workshop is 100% FREE, but you are required to reserve your position. After your class, you can schedule your personalized one-on-one to receive advice from one of our certified counselors from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
In this seminar, you'll learn how to raise your credit, which loans and grants to apply for, how to identify the right realtor...plus so much more.
