The OLCDC is continuing to transform communities through real estate development with support from Capital One. As a part of the Blueprints to Building Program, OLCDC will receive a $100,000 grant and access to pre-development lending. This support will give OLCDC additional capacity to execute affordable housing preservation and expedite a new 90-unit affordable housing expansion. This pre-development grant and lending support from Capital One will be used for upfront costs for the renovation of the existing units and for the design and permitting for new housing units at the site.
