CDFI Fund Awards $123,000 to Drive Small Business Growth in Opa-locka

The OLCDC Business Fund has been awarded a $123,000 grant from the US Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund. The award will allow the OLCDC Business Fund to continue providing technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses in Opa-locka, Miami Gardens, North Miami and Liberty City.
The OLCDC Business Fund seeks to provide businesses in under resourced neighborhoods with access to capital, technical assistance and business support through economic, housing, financial, cultural and family services.
